thanks for the link ! Personaly, I tried to run tomy turbos and tyco 440x2 without magnet. I largely prefers the tyco 440x2 wide pan for that purpose. I don't know, It feels more smooth and driveable for me, less brutal.

' /> : one project I have, is to create a racing class based on magnetless chassis (tyco widepan in the better case) with modern enduro (le mans) bodies, real lights, stuff like that.
for now, I'm using lexan bodies, on modified 440x2 wide pans chassis. My weight (lead bars) configuration is slightly different. THe issue of this technic, is that the chassis can't be mounted on plastic clip body anymore after that.
